Sometimes ...Wow, 4 weeks with your kiddos already?! Sometimes I wonder if I would like to teach at a year round school more than my "regular school." I teach 2nd grade also, and my district is implementing the CCSS in primary grades this year... intermediate next year, and so on. I have spent a lot of time looking at the ELA CCSS and some time in the Math standards. What are you finding to be the most challenging part of implementing? I cou...Do you have the laundry fairy's number? I could use a visit from her too! <br /><br />We switched to CCSS last year and it was a transition for all of us (teachers, students, and parents). Once school was really underway, the parents kind of relaxed a bit.
